Refund Policy

From here on in this document, all forms of our application will be referred to as a 'platform'.

The Advertiser is referred to as any person who registers on our platform, deposits funds and uses our service for advertising purposes.

The Advertiser may stop the campaign at any time, and the remaining unspent funds will be transferred to the platform wallet.

All campaigns are moderated within 24 hours during working days, but it may take up to 48 hours during weekends or legal holidays.

Any campaign that doesn't comply with our Terms of Service will be rejected and the funds will be refunded to your platform wallet.

The Advertiser will not be entitled to a refund if, after a campaign is accepted, the landing page is changed without noticing their Account Manager, and/or if it doesn't comply to our Terms of Service.

The Advertiser has to make sure that the material which is being promoted is not illegal in the targeted countries and the country of the Astrality's corporate structure.

All funded accounts that have been inactive for longer than 12 months will lose the right to withdraw money from the platform. Accounts that become active after 12 months will still have their right to use the remaining funds for advertising purposes on our platform, but won't be able to withdraw them.

Astrality reserves the right to change its refund policy at any time without notice. You are required to read this page once in a while.
